• Orders from remote region may be charged an extra shipping fee, depending on the distance from our fulfillment center and the intended delivery address.
• Please note that we offer a 30-day full refund policy in the event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of the ordered product. In case of a return request, please contact our Customer Service to inform us and allow for us to create a shipping label free of charge.
• In the event return for any other reason than stated above, B-Sleep will not be held accountable for providing a refund, return label or other costs resulting into the request for return.
• Orders placed on our website will be shipped for free using standard FedEx shipping and delivered to intended location within 3- 5 business days, depending upon the distance from our warehouse to the destination.
