About B-Sleeps returns

Rest assured that we have your back – returns are simple and quick. 

We are confident that you’ll love your Bsleep mattress but if you don’t, let our team know within your 30-night trial window and we’ll help you initiate a return.

Whenever possible, in line with our social mission, our goal is to donate any returned mattresses to a 501(c)(3) organization or charity partner. By donating as many returns as we can, your purchase can help a child sleep better tonight and have a stronger future tomorrow

Why does B-Sleep donate returns?

We work every day to be a positive force in the world. So whenever possible, we donate returned mattresses in good condition to those in need instead of disposing in landfills.

Mattress Return Policy:

Every B-Sleep mattress comes with a 30-night trial, so you can try B-Sleep in the comfort of your own home. Only your first B-Sleep mattress purchase (one mattress per household or shipping/billing address) includes the 30-night trial and free return. It may take a few nights to adjust to your B-Sleep mattress. You are required to try your mattress for at least 30 nights (which starts the day it’s delivered). This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. If you’re still not happy after 30 nights, you can initiate a return. We'll coordinate a pickup* from your home and refund your purchase.** All mattresses must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Damages include (but are not limited to): ripped or torn cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover.

If you love your B-Sleep (which, we think you will!), after your 30-night trial period has expired, rest assured that you’re covered by our 10-year limited mattress warranty. 

Bases, Bedding, & Cushions Return Policy:

We hope you love our bedroom accessories as much as we do. If you choose to return your pillows, mattress protector, base or another B-Sleep accessory, you can return it free of charge within 30 calendar days of delivery. All accessory items must be returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply if products are destroyed or damaged.
